First European Summer School on Artificial Intelligence (ESSAI)

ESSAI offers a total of 24 courses in different areas of artificial intelligence, selected by an international program committee through an open call. There are foundational, introductory, and advanced courses. They cover most AI subfields, with emphasis on courses that offer a wide perspective on AI and bridge across specific subdisciplines.

ESSAI will be an in-person one-week-long event in beautiful Ljubljana, a thriving European capital.
To attend, you must be registered through the ESSAI website:
Postgraduate
30 hours in total: 4 courses, each of them consisting of 5 sessions of 90 minutes
Seasonal School
The school is directed at graduate students in all areas of AI. Registration is open to the public, and all registered participants can take part in all events of the school, including the ESSAI courses, the tutorials of the co-located ACAI school (https://essai.si/acai-courses/), as well as evening keynotes and social events. Both AIDA and non-AIDA students are encouraged to participate in this Summer School. If you are an AIDA Student* already, please: Step (a): Register to the school here: https://essai.si/registrations/ AND Step (b): Enroll to the school via the AIDA website, using the ‘Enroll’ button, so that this course is entered in your AIDA certificates of attendance. If you are not an AIDA Student do only step (a).
The students can freely choose four courses to attend during the week, one for each of the four lecturers slots.
The courses are offered in 6 parallel tracks. Each course is offered Monday to Friday, in a fixed 90-minute slot.
